I moved from the Midwest in 2004 to escape the harsh winters of Minnesota and Wisconsin. During my home-buying experience in Florida, I realized that buyers often don’t receive the exceptional service they deserve. Many Realtors are so focused on listings that buyers feel processed rather than supported. This realization led us to establish our agency, where we focus entirely on buyers, ensuring you receive 100% of our attention and dedication. Dwight has worked in real estate for many years as well. Originally a firefighter and paramedic in St. Augustine, he joined forces with me after we got married in 2015, creating a dynamic “dream team” of Buyer Agents.   What drives us is the satisfaction of helping people find their ideal homes. Since we work exclusively with buyers, we are committed to helping you secure the best price possible—unlike listing agents who prioritize sellers.
